Job Summary
Operate assigned production lines to meet daily targets while maintaining strict hygiene, GMP, and safety standards. Monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute de-kitting procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. Enforce "clean as you go" protocols, manage shift handovers, and communicate effectively with the team and management. Work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment with extended standing and repetitive movements, adhering to food safety regulations and allergen controls.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
