Job Summary
Set up and operate Tube Cut Off, Bending, Amada, Canning Cells, and Presses to produce parts to customer specifications. Upload and download programs from the machine control panel, then complete daily inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and cleaning of equipment. Execute department schedules, handle materials using route sheets and blueprints, and serve as backup operator for other machinery. Comply with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies while utilizing designated PPE and LOTO procedures. Operate forklifts as needed. This first-shift role includes hours from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, with weekend hours from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm as required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Demonstrate understanding blueprints, pack specs, shipping requirements, and route sheets
- Shows strong attention to detail, quality, production and safety
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal
- Power Press or Tube Bending experience
- Welding experience
- Experience in the operation and setup of metal forming or cutting equipment
