Job Summary
Production Operator performs labor along a production line, visually inspects and assembles parts to quality specifications, ensures accurate packaging and labeling, operates and maintains production equipment, and maintains a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities include communicating with leadership about part issues, following SOPs/GMPs/DOIs, contributing to continuous improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times, and providing customer-facing service to internal/external customers. The role is a 9-month assignment with potential extension and full-time hours, with overtime as needed. Preferred familiarity with cGMP, ISO, and medical device manufacturing and adherence to safety and quality policies.
