Job Summary
Operate and monitor packaging and assembly machines while detecting and reporting equipment malfunctions. Clear alarms, runner jams, and sensors as needed, and stage and inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality. Perform basic dimensional and visual inspections, accurately record production data, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions. Requires high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Sunday through Saturday rotation with 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM shifts.

- Basic math and computer/data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM
- Woodville, WI
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior experience in a production or manufacturing role
- Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., comparators, dial indicators, gauges)
