Job Summary
Operate production line equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing repetitive reaching, twisting, bending, and hand motions for up to 12 hours daily. Lift and carry materials weighing up to 40 pounds while maintaining safe and efficient operations with exceptional attention to detail. Work day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays. Requires minimum one year of continuous experience in factory production, warehouse, or physically demanding roles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in a factory production line, warehouse, or physically demanding job that requires similar physical capabilities
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
- Capability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to perform repetitive reaching (both forward and above shoulder level), repetitive twisting, bending, and various repetitive hand and wrist motions including pinching, gripping, grasping, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for Day shift, M-Th, 6:00a -4:30p
- Must be available for overtime on Friday if needed
- Must pass satisfactory results of a background check and physical exam which includes a drug screen
- Must agree to work in a drug-free workplace
Desired Qualifications
- Background in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry, or similar manufacturing work
