Job Summary
Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment while performing precise assembly tasks, handling components, and loading materials in a cleanroom environment. Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality, complete packaging and labeling, and accurately enter data. Adhere strictly to GMP, SOPs, and batch records, reporting deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately. Work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) on a 4-on/3-off rotation from Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays. The role supports continuous improvement and yield targets within a fast-paced production setting.
Required Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent)
- 2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing
- High level of dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured procedures
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
- Punctuality
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently
