Job Summary
Operate production line(s) daily, ensuring product adheres to safety, quality, and throughput standards while accurately completing hourly reports. Perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming goods, reporting all defects to leadership. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain general housekeeping, managing raw materials to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as required. Work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 0 Years – Experience in Position
- 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand
- Regular and predictable attendance
