Production Operator - Day Shift

Job Summary
Operate manufacturing, production, and packaging equipment to manufacture and package feed and mineral products; stack bags or bulk material onto pallets; measure and prepare materials per work instructions; move materials with forklifts/pallet jacks; assist with mixing/production processes; load/unload bulk materials; perform routine equipment checks and assist with basic repairs when trained; maintain GMP/safety compliance, complete production and quality documentation, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals in a 5-day, 8-hour daily shift schedule at Lake City, FL onsite facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial equipment or willingness to learn
- Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
- Effective teamwork, communication, and reliability skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in an indoor warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment
