Job Summary
Production Operator rotates through Soil and Clean Production areas to sort, wash, dry, iron, and load linens for hospitals and medical facilities. You will learn to operate multiple production equipment and rotate through positions as needed to meet production needs. Roles include Soil Operations and Clean Operations such as Catcher, Hand Folder, Ironer, and Shipping Clerk, with a focus on teamwork, quality standards, and safety. The position requires the ability to learn quickly (learning curve 2-5 days) and to move between jobs as needed; High School Education or GED preferred. The role may involve operating equipment, handling heavy bags, and basic computer use for shipping records and software.
