Job Summary
Production Operator rotates through Soil and Clean production areas, learning and performing various duties across the linen processing workflow. Responsibilities include sorting returned linens, operating multiple production positions, and assisting with washing, drying, ironing, loading, and cart preparation. The role requires learning equipment quickly (typical learning curve 2-5 working days), adhering to safety and quality standards, working as a team, and rotating between positions as production needs require. Roles include Soil Operations and Clean Operations with duties such as sorting, handling carts, folding, ironing, and shipping preparation; collaboration with maintenance when equipment issues arise; and willingness to perform other duties as assigned. High School Education or GED is preferred, and strong teamwork skills are required.
