Production Operator (Cleanroom Environment/Night Shift)

Required Qualifications

• •1 year experience in production setting
• •Fluent with the English language
• •Ability to understand and follow procedures/directions both written and verbal
• •Good interpersonal skills
• •Organized and ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
• •Math skills – Ability to convert lbs., grams, kilos, ounces, liters, etc.
• •Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• •Ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands
• •High School Diploma or GED
• •Employee is required to walk
• •Employee is required to sit
• •Employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
• •Employee is required to reach with hands and arms
• •Employee is required to balance
• •Employee is required to stoop
• •Employee is required to bend
• •Employee is required to kneel and climb
• •Employee is required to lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis
• •Employee must be able to maneuver and move 30 to 55-gallon drums or up to 450 pounds utilizing proper drum material handling equipment and/or the proper techniques
• •Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment (inferred from 'Cleanroom Environment/Night Shift' title and 'prior production experience, preferably in a cleanroom' ideal candidate note)

Desired Qualifications

• •Experience with utilizing ERP, MRP, or Inventory Management Systems preferred
• •Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• •Mechanical aptitude
• •1 year experience in clean room production setting
