Job Summary
Set up and operate extrusion equipment, monitor production runs, and troubleshoot issues while collecting product samples and addressing quality concerns. Perform equipment changeovers, cleanouts, and safe forklift operations. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and packaging documentation. Support shift hand-offs through clear communication and strictly follow all SOPs, safety policies, and waste-handling procedures. This 12-hour night-shift role includes holidays and alternating weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Basic math skills (percentages, ratios, unit conversions, averages)
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in small teams
