Job Summary
Operate production equipment across stamping, welding, covers, profiling, extrusion, and CNC machining areas while following detailed work instructions. Perform punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, slitting, adhesive bonding, grinding, injection molding, and waterjet machining to maintain quality standards. Support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization while using calipers and basic measurement equipment to apply tolerances. Lift up to 49 lbs to waist height and stand for 90% of the shift in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding and following verbal and written directions
- Attention to detail
- Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity
- Using calibers and basic measurement equipment
- Understand and apply measurement tolerances to products
- Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation
- Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks
- Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height
- Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area
- Manual dexterity
- Hand eye coordination
