Job Summary
Perform operations work to manufacture shingle products while adhering to safety and quality standards. Operate equipment and machinery to meet product specifications, troubleshooting manufacturing problems as they arise. Rotate jobs in assigned areas between Process or Packaging, perform machine maintenance tasks, and conduct regular workstation cleanup. Train other operators to improve team performance and attend Production meetings to report machinery adjustments. Requires H.S. Diploma or GED, one year of manufacturing experience preferred, and basic reading/math skills. Base hourly rate is $27.88. Required Qualifications
