Job Summary
Operate production equipment safely and follow established procedures to support daily operations at the Ridge Street site. Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet required standards and specifications while monitoring equipment and processes to identify and report issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and product quality. Shift patterns include Night Shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am), Rotating Day & Afternoon Shift (2-week rotation), Day shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm), and Afternoon shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm). A pre-employment medical is required.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and following procedures
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Reliability, adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Must complete a pre-employment medical
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing, logistics or a similar environment
