Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment and perform assembly tasks including gluing, heat-shrinking, and resistance welding to produce sub-assemblies and final products. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for press setups, startup, and shutdown while documenting product traceability and maintaining safety standards. Meet production targets for quality and on-time delivery with minimal supervision, supporting R&D projects as needed. Provide temporary support to other production teams based on business demand.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and priorities
- 2 - 1st Shift
- 1 - 2nd Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using a microscope/reticle
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding and inspection
- Clean room component or device level manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 (current) Standards
