Job Summary
Operate trim coil machinery, package finished products, and perform quality control inspections to ensure manufacturing targets and company standards are met. Maintain production records, adhere to safety principles and PPE requirements, and support operations across Drip Edge and Pipe Shop departments as assigned. Collaborate cross-functionally to address shipping problems and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations. This full-time role requires flexibility for overtime, nights, and weekends, with moderate to high noise levels and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift products or exert force up to 20 lbs. for 2/3 or more of the workday, and up to 50 lbs. for up to 1/3 of the workday
- Ability to visually inspect products, equipment, and work areas
- Maintain mandatory good standing with Local 169 union requirements
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear
- Ability to safely meet physical demands, including standing for long periods and climbing stairs or ladders
- Full-time role requiring operational flexibility, including potential overtime, night, and weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced operational, industrial, or team-centered environment
