Job Summary
Operate and monitor production activities, equipment uptime, and target outputs while ensuring all batch documentation and cGMP standards are met. Support the day-to-day operation, output, quality, and performance of the relevant production or packing line by reviewing and implementing accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting variances to the Supervisor. Maintain clean and orderly production and packing areas while complying with safety procedures and actively participate in Lean programs focused on line efficiency and waste reduction. Morning shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by an afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a dedicated night shift option from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM available. Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability
- Must be capable of working individually or in a team environment
- Must be available for both cycles: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, food or GMP)
