Job Summary
Operate weigh-and-fill machines, sealers (band/foot), and blend coffee to recipe; label bags with date stamps; package, ship, fulfill, and allocate orders; unload deliveries and maintain inventory; perform daily/weekly cleaning; work in a hands-on, fast-paced roastery with a friendly team. Must be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and adapt to multiple tasks; basic computer/label familiarity and quick learning of new tools. Growth opportunities into roasting and other roles acknowledged.
