Production Operator Associate

Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for fulfilling customer orders including picking, assembling/packing, and shipping; inject and download POS devices; maintain inventory integrity; meet daily quality and production goals; collaborate with the production team to uphold high standards of quality; identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks; adhere to safety, quality, and production standards. Requires 1-2 years in production and in team collaboration, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk 10-12 hours, and proficiency with a computer (email, Excel; Oracle a plus); overtime as needed; valid U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or related military experience
- 1-2 years of production environment experience
- 1-2 years of experience in team collaboration
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours
- Experience with computers (email and Excel) required; Oracle is a plus
- Overtime availability
- U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not offered)
