Job Summary
Follow production schedules for manufacturing precast underground vaults while eliminating waste through adherence to procedures and best practices. Monitor equipment and molds to ensure they remain in good working order, performing manual repairs as necessary. Assist in manufacturing-related special projects when applicable. Maintain company policies and procedures while participating in various improvement initiatives. Requires proven operator experience, basic manufacturing knowledge, manual dexterity, and the ability to work overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as operator
- Basic understanding of manufacturing process
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength
- Willingness to work overtime
