Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for batch operations, setup, charging, monitoring, and packaging; operate dryers, blenders, and packaging equipment; perform material handling including forklift operation; participate in 5S in workspaces; work as part of a team to keep the plant running; shift is a rotating 12-hour schedule with approx. 14 days per month; prior experience in plant utilities is a plus; emphasis on reliability, safety, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow.
