Produce high-volume legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, transcripts, and court filings; operate production equipment and software used for document processing, scanning, printing, and binding; review completed work for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with client and firm-specific guidelines; prioritize and manage workflow queues to meet established deadlines and SLAs; maintain accurate logs and records of all production activity; identify and escalate quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or workflow bottlenecks to the appropriate team lead or supervisor; adhere to confidentiality protocols and data security standards; collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure seamless document delivery; support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline production processes.
Required Qualifications
