Job Summary
Operate commercial copying, printing, and scanning equipment to reproduce legal documents in accordance with client specifications. Review job orders for accuracy, ensuring correct document sets, copy counts, and output specifications prior to production. Perform quality checks on completed copy and print jobs, verifying completeness and legibility before delivery or packaging. Prepare and package finished documents for delivery, mailing, or electronic transmission. Maintain equipment in proper working order, performing routine maintenance and reporting service needs promptly. Log job completion, materials usage, and any quality issues in the appropriate tracking system. Support the team with scanning, filing, and document preparation tasks as directed.
Required Qualifications

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to handle large document volumes
- Reliable, self-directed work style with strong follow-through
