Job Summary
Operate packaging equipment and maintain daily packaging process efficiencies; transfer raw materials and finished materials between warehouses; perform housekeeping; assist emptying finished product out of industrial dryers; comply with all technical, quality control, product manufacturing and safety procedures; operate equipment for various processing systems; operate powered industrial trucks; have physical dexterity for climbing stairs and lifting; basic computer knowledge; perform other operator duties as needed in a union manufacturing environment in Birdsboro, PA. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and willingness to undergo pre-employment testing; rotating shifts and overtime are part of the schedule; benefits and on-site gym available.
