Job Summary
Supply Kanban correctly with products from the sanitizer belt and cook items following supplied recipes. Empty pots, clean between products, and operate the Stephan and tumbler while ensuring paperwork is accurate and filled in at all times. Monitor CCP temperatures and complete relevant documentation for every task. Work 36 hours weekly from Friday to Sunday between 06:00 and 18:00. Candidates must currently be undergoing NVQ level 2 in cooking or hold completed training, possess Level 2 food hygiene, and have a good level of English.
