Job Summary
Supply Kanban correctly with products from the sanitizer belt, cook items following supplied recipes, and empty pots while completing all relevant paperwork. Clean pots between products, work on the Stephan and tumbler, and ensure CCP temperatures are monitored. Maintain accurate and filled-in paperwork at all times. This role involves working 36 hours a week from Friday to Sunday between 06:00 and 18:00 at £14.78 per hour plus bonus. Applicants must currently be undergoing NVQ level 2 in cooking or have completed training, hold level 2 food hygiene certification, and have a good level of English.
