Job Summary
Operate and monitor production equipment in the Aseptic department at the Indianapolis plant; load, adjust and troubleshoot machinery within tolerances; perform startup/shutdown per SOPs; load and secure stock material using manual or power-assisted equipment; execute minor electrical and mechanical adjustments and notify maintenance for major service; maintain thorough, neat documentation of permanent records; adhere to SQF and other food-safety guidelines; demonstrate problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication; cross-train to support other Displays areas as needed; on-site role with extended hours including overtime and occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to understand oral and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to learn and have attention to detail
- Must work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills
