Job Summary
As a Production Operator, you will operate manufacturing equipment to produce coated abrasives materials, including belts, rolls, and discs, following operating procedures and customer specifications. This role involves collaborating within a production team, making continuous improvements to increase efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. Mandatory qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, and availability for various shifts including weekends and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Interested and available to work a fixed third shift or rotating shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
