Job Summary
Conduct process and filling activities according to batch cards and daily production targets, ensuring products meet quality standards. Check machine safety equipment and conditions before operation, reporting any discrepancies or unsafe conditions to superiors. Verify raw material completeness, quality, and batch numbers before pouring, stirring, and filling products into prepared cans. Perform initial, middle, and final weighing, adjust filling machines for packaging volume, and conduct intermediate stirring with samples sent to QC. Execute machine cleaning after filling and make daily work reports through provided forms. Implement LSR and Golden Principle principles while assisting with health, safety, and environmental problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school / vocational education
- 1-4 years' experience in manufacturing
- Thorough, diligent and tidy at work
- Good communication skills
- Strong teamwork
- Knowledge of the principles of health, safety and work environment
- Ability to understand and operate computers (Windows Word and Excel)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
