Production Operator 4th Shift

Job Summary
The Production Operator will operate and monitor packaging equipment in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, including washing, packaging, vision inspection, and sterilization processes. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality, meeting productivity standards, following SOPs/WIs, training new operators, and supporting continuous improvements. Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, with a focus on maintaining cleanroom equipment and SAP interactions within a high-standard manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One month in-plant training - TQM, SPC, GMO, SOP’s, in conjunction with; Six months on the job training
- Ability to speak, read and write English in order to understand operating and other related procedures and to complete all position related documentation.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
- Performs basic computer skills
