Job Summary
Set up plant equipment correctly for operation and perform adjustments to ensure peak efficiency while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP guidelines. Organize daily production schedules to meet company goals, transport raw materials weighing at least 50lbs using proper lifting techniques, and operate or clean manufacturing and packaging equipment within specified safety protocols. Participate in daily meetings to understand responsibilities, check work for accuracy, and report discrepancies to the supervisor. Train new employees on equipment operation, documentation practices, and safety procedures as instructed.
Required Qualifications
- Regular attendance
- Ability to transport raw materials weighing a minimum of 50lbs
- Appropriate lifting techniques
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hair nets, beard covers, face masks, respirators, uniforms, safety shoes, and safety glasses
