Production Operator 3 - SMT (Day)

Set up and operate SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens. Perform program loading and editing, troubleshoot machine errors and alignment issues, and conduct routine preventative maintenance. Inspect boards for soldering quality and component placement using microscopes or AOI to ensure processes meet IPC standards. Maintain logs of production runs and equipment maintenance while following safety protocols. Suggest improvements for efficiency and work with engineers to implement process changes. This role is onsite in Newark, California, requiring 3–5+ years of SMT operations experience.
