Job Summary
Operate machines, perform light maintenance and cleaning, and ensure production needs are met through daily efforts. Participate in line setup and production of high-volume brushes and brooms while adhering to all safety procedures and company policies. Produce, package, and label all product to quality and manufacturing specifications at required rates. Clean and maintain equipment in the work area during and at the end of each shift. Work the 2nd shift from Monday through Thursday, 4:20 pm to 2:50 am, earning a $2.00 shift premium.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent work experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of production procedures with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Problem identification and solving skills
- Ability and judgement to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees
- Regular attendance and ability to be at work regularly and on time
