Job Summary
Set up equipment and complete changeovers on the 2nd shift; identify quality material prior to packaging and follow all safety procedures. Maintain a neat work area per 5S standards and produce quality products with minimum scrap. Promote teamwork and support co-workers while adhering to schedule and overtime expectations (2pm–10pm). Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs occasionally and participate in overtime as needed. Eligible for benefits including 401K, ESPP, and tuition support; competitive hourly rate with a $1/hr shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. on an infrequent basis
