Job Summary
Prepare molds, handle materials, and maintain a clean work area to support daily concrete production goals. Set up, prepare, and disassemble concrete forms, while carefully gluing rubber gaskets and other parts onto pieces. Assist with pouring, finishing, and moving concrete products throughout the facility using hand tools and basic equipment. Load, unload, and move materials around the site. This entry-level role requires standing, walking, and bending for 10 to 11 hours a day in an industrial environment with exposure to dust and loud noise. Steel-toe boots are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must have steel-toe boots ready for work
- Must be available for 10 to 11 hour shifts
- Must be available for 5.5 to 6 days per week
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stay on feet for 10 to 11 hours a day
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials up to 70+ lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors in changing temperatures
- Must be able to work in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, concrete materials, and loud noise
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, construction, concrete, warehouse, or general labor experience
- Experience using hand tools
