Job Summary
Operate processing equipment such as grinders, conveyors, and shredders while monitoring material flow and adjusting settings to minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance, then identify and report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervision. Maintain accurate production records for throughput and material tracking while adhering to all safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage. Assist with material handling and collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals. This role requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Qualifications
