Job Summary
Operate equipment and tools requiring close control while performing multiple assembly duties for constructing windows and doors. Rotate through three or more different responsibilities and lines based on business necessity, learning to safely work around moving equipment. Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements while meeting physical demands to lift 80-100 lbs. Work the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm at Pella in Carroll, IA. Pass pre-employment and ability screens as required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
- Able to safely work with and around moving equipment
- Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions
- Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders
- Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs
- Pass pre-employment tests, as required
- Pass pre-work ability screen, as required
