Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Set-up plant equipment correctly and perform adjustments to ensure peak efficiency while adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Policies, and cGMP guidelines. Organize work to achieve daily production schedules with no errors by participating in daily meetings, following Batch Records, and calculating raw material quantities. Operate and clean manufacturing/packaging equipment within cGMP guidelines, transport raw materials weighing a minimum of 50lbs using appropriate lifting techniques, and document all work on required logs. Clean rooms and perform basic maintenance duties while consistently checking work for accuracy and reporting discrepancies. Train new employees on equipment operation, documentation practices, and safety as instructed. Requires regular attendance and PPE including hair nets, respirators, and safety shoes.
