Job Summary
Inspect products for flaws through a microscope and report issues to the area lead. Review work specifications, set up standard daily tasks, and track work order moves into the production system. Operate in pre- and post-kiln environments while working with ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals. Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist in training new operators as needed. Perform duties flexibly based on supervisor direction and daily work-in-process requirements. Work a 4-day, 10-hour shift from 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Join a team of 1,300+ engineers and technologists delivering mission-critical RF and microwave solutions across North America and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 or more years
- Production/Manufacturing
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic reading and comprehension
- Ability to tolerate work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, and liquid & solid metals
