Job Summary
Operates the production line on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) ensuring safety and quality while meeting production standards. Maintains housekeeping in assigned space, reports waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor, and follows all company policies. Reports issues and troubleshoots problems; performs other duties as required by supervision. Requires ability to stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with adherence to safety guidelines and clear verbal/written instructions. Emphasizes teamwork and proactive safety/quality involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours 2pm-10:30pm
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and report issues
- Must work well in team environment
- Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
