Job Summary
Production Operator on 1st shift responsible for producing food ingredients, following GMP and HACCP, setting up and monitoring instruments (pH meter, temperature meter, conductivity meter, hydrometer, thermometers, and metal detection devices). Performs tear-down/cleanup, calibrates and monitors equipment, follows SOPs, documents steps, and identifies/troubleshoots deviations in process materials and equipment, while maintaining safety and SHE standards. Works with blending, drying, and filtration processes, conducts recipe and SOP execution, and collaborates across teams. Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old; at least one year of production or food service experience is preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage of $24.00.
