Production Operator (1st Shift)

Production Operator operates and controls single or multiple production machines; assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal/written instructions or blueprints; uses hand or power tools or production equipment; maintains awareness of OE customer requirements to ensure quality and on-time shipment; rotates within the department as required; performs other duties as assigned. Skills emphasized include clear communication, adherence to quality standards, attention to safety, ability to read and interpret documents, mathematical competency for measurements and calculations, problem-solving, and applying technical knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
