Job Summary
Entry-level Production Operator for 1st shift in Queensbury, NY. Responsibilities include operating powder titanium-related machinery and equipment (CIP, green machine lathes, Agglomeration, CNC) to mold parts, performing in-process inspections and post-process cleaning, maintaining required paperwork, and ensuring OSHA safety compliance. Emphasis on reading maintenance instructions and procedures, teamwork and communication, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a production setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
- Ability to operate machines and equipment of various scopes and sizes
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents including maintenance instructions, procedures and manuals
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rounding)
- Comfort with verbal and written communication
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a production environment and adhere to OSHA guidelines
