Job Summary
Operate, stage, and maintain manufacturing equipment to support production of liquid coatings; follow standard operating procedures to determine batch amounts and equipment needs; record data on batch tickets, equipment logs, and quality testing results; fill and secure products for warehouse staging; communicate issues to team leader or supervisor and participate in required training; handle hazardous and general liquid waste properly; ensure proper labeling and storage and comply with safety practices; lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver drums up to 440 lbs; convert units as needed and utilize quality control tools; prior manufacturing experience and basic math skills preferred; position based at the Cleveland, OH facility on a full-time, first-shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass a basic math test
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering drums up to 440 lbs
- Skilled in safely operating pallet jacks, powered industrial trucks, and other equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and record data accurately
