Production Operator (1st shift) - DICP

Operate specific machinery, perform complex mechanical set-ups, and act as a group leader while rotating through various production line stations. Execute accurate quality check sheets, verify work standards, and make corrective actions for noncompliant product holds. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment by complying with safety policies and proactively addressing safety concerns. Ensure standard run rates are met while increasing efficiency and reducing shrink through active team collaboration. This 1st shift position reports to immediate supervision and supports Wells Enterprises' production goals.
