Job Summary
Conduct trim and power consumption record keeping, print Navision tracking reports, and verify data to address discrepancies. Perform quality assurance and contamination inspections across the line, ensure Urschel heads are calibrated per specifications, and oversee product rework. Replace standard machinery parts as needed while maintaining safety protocols in a warehouse environment. 1st shift starts at 5:30am; 2nd shift starts at 2:30pm. Pay range is $22.80/hour to $24.30/hour with shift differential. One year of machine operator experience and six months of forklift experience required; driver's license may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least ONE YEAR as a Machine Operator
- At least six months for forklift experience
- Driver's license
- Great attitude
- Reliability
- Ability to work in a warehouse/production type atmosphere where the temperature is as low as 32 degrees
- Ability to tolerate noise level in the production environment requiring hearing protection
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to twist, turning, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting material up to 50lbs
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
