Job Summary
Operate production and packaging equipment to make and package cheese and other dairy products while monitoring quality and maintaining clean, sanitized work areas. Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures to keep production running safely and efficiently as part of the manufacturing team. Depending on your department, you may lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in hot or cold environments. Weekend work may be required, with eligible shifts earning shift differentials and supplemental pay. Training is provided for candidates with experience in manufacturing, food production, dairy processing, or general labor.
