Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment while setting up automated and mechanical systems and handling web and chemical materials. Safely move raw materials throughout the process, perform in-process quality checks, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Identify process improvements and collaborate with the team to maximize equipment uptime and manufacturing efficiency. This D shift role runs 6am-6pm Friday through Sunday with a flexible third day.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience
- Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand/bend/twist for an 8-hour shift
- This is a D shift position 6am-6pm Fri-Sun - 3rd day is flexible either Friday or Monday
- Must be eligible to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding and application of basic math skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Computer hardware/software experience
- Experience handling chemicals
- Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple operations and tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communicate skills
- Work well independently while also being a positive contributor to a strong, cohesive team
