Job Summary
Operate industrial equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while maintaining hygiene/GMP, following food safety procedures, and supporting a right-first-time culture. Communicate effectively with the team, raise issues when needed, and keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. Perform manual handling safely, adhere to Health & Safety procedures, and contribute to on-time product delivery. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential to thrive in a 4on 4off shift pattern (6am–6pm).
Required Qualifications
- Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification
- Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP and Health & Safety standards
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
